Summer Bend Apartments

Update 3/8/2025 I moved out after 3 years here. They made me pay $300 for water on my prorated rent (charge for water for 3 days on month bill. unit had been vacant for two months prior). Then they charged me $743 for move out charges for normal wear and tare that happens when you live in a place 3 years. They never fixed the Roches and have had to get rid of a lot of our electronics since we moved due to them being infested. I love the location of this place but I wouldn't recommend it. Every month the water bill is 250+ only two people lived in my unit but the apartment sends everyone the same water bill and the always have pipes bust or water running on the property. I would spend a little extra on rent at a different place since you would end up pay more than they say the rent is here

Where to start? I wanted to love this place but it was hard, if you are considering moving here please look at all the bad comments and believe it. The issues never stop, I had many maintenance issues, carpet being torn to ac leaking in bathroom, kitchen pipe being broken and being fixed at such a mediocre job, AC not working in summer for an entire day this happened 3 times (95+ degrees outside) insulation sucks at this apartment. Not to mention you will pay $200+ in electricity at this place. You will also be paying $100+ in water for a 1 bedroom and 2 persons and they tell you it is $50-$60 upon move in. From the very first visit, she made the leasing process smooth and stress-free. Stephonie is patient, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. You can tell she truly cares about the community and the people who live here. Her positive attitude and excellent communication make Summer Bend feel like home.

If I could I would put negative stars for this apartment. All of the negative feedback you guys read about this place is true. This place is roach infested. The maintenance crew is non existent. They never finish work orders. They paint over every problem and they do a poor job of it. I legitimately dislike this place and I can’t not wait to move.

Update on 2/25/2026: This time my water and sewage bill is $297.77. This community likes improvement like this. Beware of your addendum that you will be charged always on the highest side of the range mentioned. I never got water bill less than $200! Update on 11/18/2025: There is a great progress in utility bill, the water and sewage bill is now $280+ this month. I am the only adult in this month living in the apartment while my family on vacation. I would never recommend this community to anyone! I’m here in 1305-311, the only major concern I have is water and sewage bill was never under $200! I’m writing here as I see this time it’s ~ $250 which is close to 20% of rent… and we are just two adults and a 2year old living here…
