Great apartment staff is awesome always address my problems promptly and personally by phone call or email. When i put in a work order they come the same day or next. Ive only ever got roaches when new neighbors moved in and slacked on cleaning but usually will do a deep clean put traps out and theyre gone. if people have any issues with bugs here its because they are not clean. The towing service doesn't play at night for sure when it comes to not registering visitor cars. I have had no major issues with the apartment or renewing! I love that the staff remains the same for the most part maybe one person has left or came but the manager Ruby is a very nice and considerate down the earth lady and her staff. My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year, and we love the office manager! Miss Ruby is so sweet and worked with us to make sure we got approved!! The bugs are not nearly as bad here, a they are at my old apt Arbor Terrace, in Atlington!! The maintenance is good about fixing things in a timely manner l!! The pool is gorgeous, it just needs a pole to help me get in n out, because I'm overweight and handicapped. Miss Ruby said she'll talk to the owners about it, so I'm happy and thankful about that!! Our at is also much bigger than our old one!!

The absolute worst complex ever. Besides Ruby the office manager, the rest of the staff is dreadful especially the shortest Hispanic lady that works there. She is always so rude and condescending. The maintenance team is nice and always tries to help. Roaches are terrible even though you pay a pest fee. Rent is cheap but at what cost? The neighbors are quiet and for the most part the place is kept clean but the front desk staff needs a class or 3 on service etiquette. Not worth the issues. i have a refrigerator leak that has created a bulge in front of the refrigerator that indicate the floor has water underneath. So glad we are not renewing the lease. GET BETTER STAFF & FIX THE PEST ISSUES.

The front desk staff were unprofessional and condescending, treating residents poorly. When I reported a severe cockroach infestation, I was told to move out by the rude staff, despite paying a monthly fee for pest control. Ruby, the manager, was helpful and intervened to allow me to speak. Additionally, the deposit and second chance fees are non-refundable, and vehicles are regularly towed for minor infractions, including expired tempor

Whatever you do do not move to these apartments they are rat out I had caught two by myself n they did not care they are molded. They have all kinds of bugs. I stayed in these apartments for two years and when you call them about mold, all they do is come and paint over it. They don’t fix the situation every year around Christmas my apartment flooded. They have old pipes, I stayed in the front so it was pretty much quiet the office they don’t care about nobody but they self bill will be extra fees. I just moved out last month moved into a house and I’m so glad I got away from these rat infested Apartments the maintenance man flirt with you they’re not professional and them young girls that work in the office are so rude runnnnnn
