Very pleased with my experience. We needed a bridge loan to close on an all cash offer we made on a commercial building. Stormfield was able to underwrite and close the loan in a week! Best of all, we were able to pay them off in 2 months with no prepayment penalty.

We have been working with Stormfield Capital LLC for a couple of years there whole team have been very professional and very streamlined from issuing an LOI, appraisal commitment and closing. . They have been very flexible if and when any issues may arise in closing the loans for our clients. They offer very fair rates ,points and do not ask for large upfront fees which a lot of other private lenders do take upfront and then will not refund if the loan doesn't close. That has not been my experience with Stormfield Capital I highly recommend them you won't be disappointed in there service! It's been a pleasure working with them and getting the loans closed which is the bottom line

My experience with Stormfield has been extraordinary. I was tricked by a nationally known commercial mortgage broker based in Florida --- I will be writing at length about that experience soon --- and working with the superb Kyle Shea got me out of a very bad situation quickly, fairly, efficiently, and without the endless BS typical of this business. Very business-like and professional and at the same time friendly and sensible. By far the best deal in my market for a bridge loan. Best of all, they took a clear-sighted look at the deal, said what they could do and how much it would cost, and then did exactly that at exactly the price first offered. You cannot ask for more than that.
