Please be aware of Jon Angel and his company. Jon listed 143 Tunxis Hill Rd, Fairfield CT for sale at 400K. I offered $415k and was accepted. Told him this was going to be fast closing if everything went smoothly. He described the property as  having seven parking spaces in the rear of the building which are currently leased to the diner. When our attorney asked if he could provide the lease that had been described, he was verbal and said they don’t have any lease, that it is only month-to-month rent, and to pay in cash.
