If I could give it 0 stars I would, the office never answers their phones and when they do they just give you the run around. I lived there briefly and requested to be removed off of the lease (my mom was HOH) and they never removed me. She had back rent that needed to be paid so she went through CTI to get it paid and even after they paid it, Stony brooks manager never notified the courts that it was paid so now me and my mother have a report on our housing record that could have been avoided if they did their job correctly in the first place. We’re bring them to court though. If you need anything fixed to to talk to a manager there don’t hold your breath. Sometimes the office does are open and sometimes they are not.

Seems nice from the outside. However, no one has answered the phone in 2 weeks, nor have they replied to emails. It seems impossible to get in touch with the leasing managers or property owners. Review subject to change.

Is there even a leasing office on site nobody ever answers the phone have called about 5 times in past few weeks?
