Living at Bell Westford is so easy during winter. The snow plows are out as soon as a snow storm hits, plowing, shoveling walkways, sanding so as a resident you can walk safely around the property and put your own shovels away! After living in a house for many years, having the snow removal taken care of, and in such an efficient, prompt way is truly amazing. Very thankful. Thank you to the hardworking snow contractors for making Bell the best during New England winters! ❄️☃️🥶

I’d like to recognize Hannah for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. From the moment you walk into the office, she greets you with a genuine smile and is always ready to help — whether it’s answering questions, assisting with parking, or simply brightening your day. She personally helped me secure my own parking spot and made the whole process so easy. It’s rare to find someone so consistently pleasant, caring, and helpful. In a place where not everyone is always friendly, Hannah truly stands out for her warmth, patience, and dedication. Bell Westford is very lucky to have her!

Stevie B our maintenance guy has been super helpful since the day we moved in fixing any small repairs or answering any questions we may have. When we first moved in, he fixed our blinds that were malfunctioning. He helped with removing some of the racks in our closet to fit a dresser, and also some plumbing water drip that he repaired very quickly.. He responds promptly and we appreciate the service. We love living here.

I was absolutely delighted with the exceptional service I received from Steve in the maintenance department today. He came to my rescue when my key stopped working, either locking or unlocking the entry door to my apartment. While he was fixing my lock, I mentioned that I had made a few minor maintenance requests earlier that day. Steve promptly asked me about them, and within ten minutes, all of them were resolved! Steve is not only professional and efficient but also genuinely friendly. He even passed the dog test, which means my dog will forever be smitten with him! Thank you, Steve!

Hannah is my go to person and is a breath of fresh air and exemplified traits that are often missing in the modern workplace. She is professional, conscientious, personable, well groomed, and gives her all to the residents , whether they are senior citizens , adults, going adults or children. She listens to concerns and follows through with whatever she is assigned with. I doubt you will ever hear “that’s not in my job description”. She embodies class, warm and is polished and mature beyond her years. Hannah represents bell Westford and they are fortunate to have her. Hannah has helped me navigate new technology and procedures that I am not accustomed to, being a senior citizen & a first time apartment dweller. She is generous and patient with her time. Even during busy and chaotic moment
