Paola was amazing to work with! She was helpful throughout the whole process and went above and beyond to meet our needs. She was absolutely amazing from start to finish! From the moment we began looking for an apartment, she made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer every question we had, no matter how small. Stony Brooks doesn't allow guest or deliveries when there is a storm. We can't use the community room for personal use. You can't use space savers after hours of digging out ur car. They DON'T DO TENANT MEETINGS so they can here how tenants feel about things. For as much RENT MONEY as STONY BROOKS COMMONS is receiving from tenants they should do BETTER and have BETTER and MORE REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS for there tenants. Not to mention every year the rent goes up by at $150.

Paola was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was incredibly nice, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and gave us a great tour of the property. We had such a positive experience with her that it ultimately helped us decide to move here. We couldn’t be happier and truly appreciate her professionalism and friendliness.

Certainly a experience here , some staff aren’t bad but I really appreciate Jada for her response and guidance since I moved in and even after moving out. The staff gave different advice on helping with housing and loved the gym . Although the apartments need some updates in certain areas. Definitely need a car to live here, I appreciate the staff.
