We met Rafael by requesting an open house viewing through Zillow and he was assigned as the realtor to meet us. We were impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable Rafael was having just met us. I have nothing but praise from working with Rafael. Buying a home is nothing but stressful but he helped us on every step of the way ensuring we would find our home. He was always very responsive and ensured he got responses from any party that we had to deal with it, whether that was the bank, lawyer, insurance, and/or the seller. Even after we have closed on the house he is still helping us set up meetings with maintenance and contractors to make sure our home is move in ready and is still answering questions that we as first time homebuyers may not know.
