I genuinely used to enjoy living here. This building is under new management and a lot has changed. The floors are always dirty. Elevators always dirty. Trash room always dirty. Pet spa tub? Dirty and broken. There is never anyone in the office. We call a number to connect with someone for issues and the company doesn’t escalate them to the property. There’s no “community” this isn’t a family friendly place either. There’s never any parking and we can’t have guest park in staffing spaces until after 6pm even though NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE. I don’t think I can continue with my lease when I live in a community space with neighbors who throw trash all over the floor and never pick up their dogs 💩. Have been living here for a year, overall experience with administration and corporate office has been very stressful from day 1, they give you a word then go back in it last minute.. they are not flexible nor accommodating (excluding Steff), and there’s unannounced turnover with the administration which makes it hard to work with.. Cars are towed from the courtyard almost on a daily basis, covered parking entrance is very high and had caused damage to the bottom of cars, there’s issues with the water leaving behind pink reddish films (bathtubs need daily cleaning to get rid of), there’s frequently dog feces on the carpet of the common areas which takes the building a few days to clean!! Visitor parking is only 4 spots and are always full which has been a huge issue when having visitors o

My wife and I truly enjoyed our time at Rozzie with its beautifully curated apartments, strong amenities, and most importantly the property management team that did everything they could to accommodate any issues that arose. Big shoutout specifically to Tina who was very responsive and considerate during delicate situations. Additionally, the maintenance team was communicative and timely when any issues came up as well as considerate when entering our apartment to solve any issue that came up. We're sad to move but couldn't recommend this property team or apartment complex more!

Horrible in many ways. Find alternatives. They have "Eastcoast" towing services driving around fishing for cars to tow and resident's lives to ruin for a wooping $400 fee to get your car out of the tow. Even if you pay for a parking spot , your friends and family cannot park at the paid parking spot unless their license plates are updated with the towing company. they will tow your family and friend's cars. you will not be able to have company at all unless they pay for an uber ride to visit you. there is a total of FIVE visitor parking for the hundreds of residents that live at this location because they are so money-hungry to charge residents to have a parking spot. if your tire is slightly on the white line on visitor parking, the money hungry tow company Eastcoast will tow your car wi

I've been living at Rozzie's for over a year, other than the building was relatively new there are no advantages. -The building is around a bottle neck traffic area (Washington street to Ukraine street) if you work in Longwood or Boston, commute time easily triples or quadruples in rush hour. - There was an abrupt change in management which they used to deny the notice to leave and claim a new month's rent. Don't trust anything they tell you that's not written down. - The carpet is often dirty with animals waste and takes them days to clean. -The trash system is often jammed and trash is filling the room. - The entrance to the courtyard and the basement parking is very high and damaging to cars - Visitors parking is 4 spots, taken most of the time, and all the near by streets are no parkin
