Stoneridge Manor

I’ve lived at this apartment complex since September and I genuinely enjoy living here. The management team is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The property is clean, quiet, and well maintained. I feel safe and comfortable, and the location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live. I also appreciate the convenient location—close to stores, restaurants, and major roads. While no place is perfect, any concerns I’ve had were addressed quickly and professionally. Overall, this is a well-managed community, and I would highly recommend it.

4 stars for maintenance and staff. Just new people moving in. And will not abide by the rules. Pick up after yourselves. In the smell of marijuana coming out of apartments is just ridiculous. I don't understand how people can disrespect where they live. Take that mess back to Detroit.

Rent is almost $1300 for outdated appliances and inconsiderate neighbors that make the building reek of marijuana so bad that I have to hold my breath because I have asthma. One of the fire doors has been halfway off the hinges for months. My biggest complaint is how we have to pay for laundry while having the smallest machines and have to battle with multiple people to get our clothes washed. The CSCPay app is honestly a scam because if you don’t want to be charged a “convenience fee” you have to use the app and you can’t even choose a specific amount of $ to load into your account so you just have money trapped in the app that can’t even be taken out.

I’ve had such a great experience with living at StoneRidge. Whenever there’s a maintenance issue, it’s taken care of quickly, and the office staff are always friendly. I highly recommend living here.

Yesterday, I toured this place and had an amazing experience. Cherie was incredible, she showed me everything and was very helpful. The place feels warm and welcoming. This has been one of my best experiences, and I can't wait to call this place my home.
