I stayed at this apartment for one year and had a great experience overall. The community was well maintained, the pricing was fair, and any issues that came up were handled efficiently. The management team was supportive and easy to work with, especially Kim, who was always professional, responsive, and helpful. Overall, it was a positive place to live. Definitely recommended.

Stoneleigh on major is a great place to live. As of March 21st, I have resided here for six months. I am very pleased with the choice I made. The transition was without incident. The staff was, and continues to be prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. My apartment is a clean spacious two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The community is well kept, clean with beautiful scenery. Thank you, Stoneleigh, for your Southern hospitality ☺️🌹🥀🌹

I went last week to look at an apartment Jessica was so helpful and amazing I came today just to look at an apartment one more time before I started my application but I won’t be doing that now since the office manager was quick to say she couldn’t show us anything because they had nothing available she seemed like she just didn’t want to show me a unit again. I also had the same issue last year with the same property manager she was only talking to the other couple and not me which is not okay to have the same issue with the same person a year later will definitely not be bringing my business here she even claimed that everything down stairs was leased already but I was able to start an application for a 2 bedroom downstairs so that wasn’t true at all.

I toured these apartments today. The looked very well maintained. Jessica (I think that was her name) was very helpful. She even offered us snacks! The apartments she showed us was clean and very spacious for a one bedroom. I am still indecisive if I want to live in Beaumont or Nederland, but I am leaning towards these apartments for sure.

I've been very pleased with the value Stoneleigh has to offer. The staff keep residents well-informed of any occurrences on the property, and have always been prompt to address any questions or concerns. Maintenance addresses issues in a timely manner, and the grounds are kept up well. They work hard to ensure that this truly does feel like home for the residents here. The location is quiet and convenient, with everything I need a very short drive away, but not so close that I'm right in the middle of all the businesses/traffic around the mall and Dowlen road. Very glad I chose Stoneleigh.
