Stonegate Apartments

Stonegate really needs to work on parking. Not only did we have to shovel ourselves out but there is no etiquette for neighbors. Someone took it after we cleared a parking spot. Also, there are so many vehicles with no tags or expired info taking up spots that we have no where to park. I have to walk a block or so have somewhere to park. NEED TO GET PERMITS

First of all I would like to thank you Ms. Kat for all efforts which you did for me and my family and of course the team of Stonegate. I have nothing else to say. I am very very happy that I live in this community. Everything is perfect. I love the people of this community they are very supportive and nice.

I loved my experience !! The lady at the front desk that helped me was so very nice I believe her name was Kat. She answered all my questions and showed me a beautiful apartment. I am hoping to move in soon because this would be a perfect place for me and my family!

I'm the second longest resident at Stonegate, loved this place when we first moved in. Over the years I've seen it go down hill quickly. Our apartment has never been upgraded,as a matter of fact we aren't even aloud to move into a upgrated apt,our rug is literally coming up from the floor, not to mention the mold and cockroaches. The maintenance crew ( especially Ray) have been amazing and Christine is just as awesome, but I really wish after 17 years of residency we could at least get a new carpet and paint and get rid of the roaches. Hopefully things will change soon. Oh! And please be careful at night there is some creepy dude lurking around with no clothes on from the waist down, very scary

I have been at this resident for five years. The office staff has changed probably three times right along with management. The maintenance staff is great the way they keep up with your apartment is great now parking. That’s a whole different situation, especially if you live alone and you come home late at night and it’s no park, like you will have to park from your apartment . I have some people that’s where I stay smoke weed so I smell it every time when I come into my apartment. If they had assigned parking, I think most of us will pay for it because it’s terrible
