My husband and I have been here for 3 months, and love it!! We have a great quiet Mountain View, the maintenance take care of our requests within a reasonable time and the office always is friendly and welcoming. 10/10 recommend!! Emery, Jaylen, Sylvia and Kayla are amazing!!

Update: Emery reached out to me right away upon seeing my review. He is currently working with me to get this issue resolved. I'm updating my review to reflect my recent experience with Emery. I cannot speak to the current snow and ice mitigation, as it was a significant issue for me when I lived here. However, it's not fair for me to comment on how they handle it now, given that I'm not familiar with their current approach. Maybe it's better. Regardless: The views are great and when I lived there the amenities were convenient. ----------- I lived here for 5 years. When I moved out I asked them repeatedly for an itemized invoice of anything I owed. They didn't get back to until a year later when I was sent a random bill. I contacted the office several times asking for an itemized invoice.

I stopped by the leasing office this morning to get some information and schedule a tour of the property. My first impression was very positive! The staff were welcoming, the office was clean and inviting, and Jaylen was kind, professional, and informative. I have a tour scheduled with him soon, but based on today's visit, this property is already at the top of my list.

(UPDATE #2: we still have not received the security deposit we are owed. It’s been months now.) (UPDATE: Emery reached out to me. We had a good conversation about all the stressful and crazy charges that were added to our account and how we had been dealing with it for a year. He looked into it further and acknowledged the clear mistakes. He admitted the wrongful charges which is respectable. He went back and removed everything that was incorrect and told me we were even getting a refunded check from our security deposit, minus a few small damages that made total sense. He also requested the removal of the alleged debt from our credit reports which should reflect in 90 days. Emery made his wrongs, right with me and I’m happy he reached outMy time living here from 2021-2024 was enjoyable.

I used to live here. The property management is no help and when you move out they are highly disorganized. Take copies of all final payments and invoices as they send letters incorrectly saying you owe more still. They refuse to get corporate involved as they do not want issues with their boss. Great location but new management was the main reason I left. I wouldn’t recommend living here now like I used to. Edit to respond to complex: Emery the property manager was the main problem. It began before moving out when emery began to mange the location. The responsiveness and accuracy of office staff went from accurate to assuming they aren’t telling the truth just what you want to hear as soon as they came in.
