Stonecrest Pointe

I had the pleasure of meeting Gina yesterday and she an absolute pleasure to deal with, she's extremely patient and a very lovely person overall. The apartment's are really nice and clean and well maintained. I love that there is a playground for the kids and they have a really decent size pool. If you are looking for a great place to rent ask for a tour and you won't be disappointed. Thank you Gina for your time and kind words.

Lived there for 4 months and had to break my commitment due to a family emergency. I got 1/5 of my deposit back due to cleaning fees, and I can guarantee you I left it much cleaner than I received it. The only reason I got the 1/5 deposit back was because I wrote a letter with pictures how ridiculous they were being. I of course paid my commitment fee as I understand I had to leave early, no problem there. Wasn’t worth the fight after that, but nonetheless don’t stay here, they clearly don’t respect there tenants Did I mention they have a repair place next door? Don’t stay there if you work overnight, good luck sleeping.

I have lived at Stonecrest Pointe Apartments for a year and half now and have had nothing but a good experience. Very well kept and clean at all times, repairs are made immediately and professionally after being reported, all staff and managment on grounds very polite, professional, courteous and helpful. Plenty of laundry facilities always available, the many laundry rooms kept very clean and neat at all times. The complex is always quiet and peaceful, with a family feeling and atmosphere. I have paid much more at other complexes that came nowhere near the excellent service and attention the staff gives each tenant at Stonecrest Pointe. I love this place! Have been here for about 6 months. Gina the manager is very sweet. My credit isn't so good but they were willing to work with me. It's very clean here. NO BUGS. Neighbors are all nice. Also, if you have an issue of any sort they are right on top of repairing.
