Great apartments with reasonable prices. Although the neighbour might not seem the safest area in town I didn't experience anything unpleasant. The complex itself is safe and clean. There is a pool. The bus stop is nearby. The complex is close to downtown. There are a lot of parking spots
Probably the best bang for your buck apartments in Athens. Really close by to downtown and campus. At the same time not in the best part of town. I never had an issues really, maintenance usually is done pretty quickly.
Love the apartments, very nice especially for the price. Super close to downtown and campus!
