Stonebrook Apartments

Stonebrook apartments is not fancy but not bad it's a decent place to live if moneys tight and is there anyway I can know if stonebrook charges for having dogs and cats?

I have lived here for a year and a half, and I love the spot. Great location. Great pool. Management and maintenance are attentive to any issues. Easy freeway access. A super place to live!

Ok...but parking is a big problem. South SAC area unfavorable.

These apartments are filthy. There are unsupervised Rugrats running around carrying knives and baseball bats trying to start drama. The manager is a complete idiot and waste of life. She has no control over the residents who cause problems in the complex. There are gang fights and a lot of domestic violence incidents that occur in the back areas. There are homeless people who steal and break into vehicles at night. A woman walking her dog almost got raped by a homeless man. The front gate door is locked in the front but unlocked on the right side of the building, that's a stupid thing for the manager to do. The manager snorts cocaine in the office and does little to no work at all.

It's not where you live it's how you live!!...It's no Hollywood but it's an affordable place to live if you want to save money. Rent is way cheaper than most 2 bedrooms apartment in South Sac. I lived there 3 1/2 years and I can buy a house soon. The manger Terrie is the best one that I have seen my time there. She responds to maintainence request fast and is very friendly!
