Stonebridge Cove Townhomes

At first everything was great, neighbors were nice and having the lake close by for walks was even better. Then there were maintenance issues that were never taken care of. Leaking roof that left a crack and stain in the ceiling, plaster falling in the garage. Heat stop working in the middle of winter and was told my pipes were cold, heat never came back even in spring. A snake in the garage, then a possum in the ceiling, and what I'm hoping was a mouse and the mold. Kept getting messages that someone would come by, never did. I'm only giving 2 stars because when Michelle (RIP) was there I discovered the discount she gave me for a 3 bedroom townhome was less then the 2 bedroom apartments.

Melissa is such a good soul and maintenance crew is great and I am looking forward to being a part of the community. So many good things are happening and such great energy there.

Renters beware!! Multiple residents being moved for blackmold. Causing health issues with some!! I would request a mold test before renting from this complex.

Been living here for a couple year's now and nothing get's fixed. Still dealing with my dryer not working and they have worker's bringing there dog to our pool when it say's no pets allowed. We say something and she threatens to shut the pool down!!! I need CORPORATE HELP!! She will read and delete this. Please help!

We love it here! The manager, Melissa is the best manager a oerson could ask for and will do her best to accommodate any needs you may have james, the maintence guy is super considerate and goes above and beyond to make sure any problem that arises is fixed right and dose a super job to leave your place cleaner than when he arrived! I've lived in quite a few apartments and this place is going to be home for many years to come!
