Stone Lake Apartments

PLEASE READ‼️ These are the worst apartments I’ve ever moved to. The first week I moved here there were mice & roaches coming from everywhere. The third night of me being here I was in my room and heard some noise. I tuned into it and it was a mouse on my stove, eating and digging into my food! I was not able to get comfortable in my apartment because roaches were everywhere and mice would eat through my things and my food. I was late for work one time because I woke up to mice IN MY CLEAN CLOTHES BASKET and I was in distress the whole time. All in my newborns bags of clothes. I even heard them crawling and squeaking from inside my walls. Literally by my head where I laid. & I dealt with all of this all while being pregnant. I was terrified and I still have PTSD of thinking mice are around

If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would. This place is a dump - TWO pools, both of which have been “out of order” since we moved here a year ago, the “onsite laundry” we were promised does not exist, they do not shovel snow, or even salt the place (we’ve gotten stuck here with many other residents), there are bugs EVERYWHERE, and the hidden fees are atrocious. I wouldn’t wish this dump on my worst enemy.

Horrible and disgusting place to live. Mice and roaches and poor maintenance. And to top it off the property manager by the name of Adelina is one of the most rude and disrespectful and unprofessional manager I have ever met in my entire life. I'm honestly surprised she still has a job with how she treats people that live here on a constant basis. Has no idea what she is talking about at any moment and is just rude with every single response out of her mouth. If this property wants to get better the first step would be getting rid of her and starting fresh with a more professional and courteous staff.

Awful place to live. The board of health need to visit this place. Bugs everywhere! Mice! Trash! Guns going off all hours of the night. Dogs outside no leash! Dog shit, duck shit everywhere you try to walk. Trash doesn't get dumped for months. The parking lot is all pot holes and huge craters everywhere. And when you leave they make up bogus charges .. just awful

First off there are a lot of mice and roaches coming up from the carpet the first 1 week living here there was black worms coming from the drains, the kitchen sink, the dishwasher, and also the shower drain, there was mold everywhere including the kitchen shelling, we emailed and called the front officer they will not answer the maintenance will never do nothing it like they didn’t care. So I will not recommend living in this apartments.
