Stone Crest Townhomes

Kevin from maintenance is great! Always super courteous and trust him coming in with my dog. Maintenance here is always so easy to work with and is such a relief to not have to worry about things coming up like it was with other companies. Always knowing whenever something arises it’ll be fixed promptly and without fuss is just one of the many things that makes me love living here.

Kevin went above and beyond today to get my stove back up and running just in time for Christmas !!! I am so thankful for him, best of the best!!!

In the 7 months I have lived at Stonecrest, my dogs and I have been very content. These townhomes are in the most convenient location, but don’t make you feel like you’re in the middle of one of the busier parts of the city. They are well constructed and well insulated, with lots of storage space. I rarely hear noise from my neighbors unless it’s occasional noise from the parking area. The grounds are maintained immaculately, with a grounds crew here often. The few times I’ve had maintenance issues, the crew responds promptly. When I recently had a heating issue caused by a power outage in the city, the electrician came out in a snowstorm on a weekend. These guys are knowledgeable and get things taken care of very quickly. Applied for these townhomes, not only did they never respond but they stole my money and sent me to collections for something already paid. They are claiming I never paid an application fee which would be impossible as you have to pay for apply. I sent receipts to them back in October and never heard from them again until we got notice of being sent to collections. I paid $130 for them to deny us with no explication or answer our phone calls. I wouldn’t even give them a 1 start rating but I had to. Really sad this is how they treat people in the community!
