Believe every negative review you read about this place – they're all accurate. Our experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The massive mold problem was a constant health concern, stemming from countless poorly repaired water leaks. Despite our repeated complaints, nothing was ever properly addressed. Both my wife and I developed respiratory problems during our short time there, directly attributable to the unhealthy living conditions. Avoid Stone Brook Apartments at All Costs Living at Stone Brook Apartments was nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, maintenance was constantly in and out of our apartment—but not to actually fix anything. They would show up unannounced, hang around, do the bare minimum (if that), and leave without resolving the issue. The problems just kept piling up while we were left to deal with the mess. Management made empty promises just to get us to sign the lease, lying about everything from unit condition to how long major repairs would take. One serious repair was supposed to last only 3 days but dragged on with no end in sight, until they finally admitted they couldn’t fix it and told us to leave. My parents moved in months ago. I can honestly say, they love it! Their apartment is really nice and cozy and feels like a home. from the looks of the place I can tell they have good maintenance she called in an outlet that wouldn’t hold her phone charger correctly and they came and fixed it in less then 30 mins and replaced the outlet! Was very surprised with a couple of these reviews, my parent’s experience has been great! No issues at all! Love the dog park and pool is decent sized and well kept , has plenty of seating areas🔥🔥🔥 and parents made good friends with their neighbors already cooking out together lol W for stone brook

The two office ladies should be ashamed. They lie and pretend it's a good place to live until you sign your lease. My home constantly flooded from old pipes. My air system never worked. Maintenance was miserable to deal with and they even threw screws behind my truck when they didn't want to finish the drywall. You think they would know we all have ring cameras! Be careful renting here. It is much more costly than you'd think.

We love living here because if we need anything we just call maintenance and they are there to help us with whatever we need. There’ll clean and beautiful apartments with a dog area that we love and a nice pool for summer. We also love how good a community we have here. me and my family known Jose for many years living here. He’s the absolute best maintenance man.
