The Dalton by Alta Apartments

I came in on a Sunday after speaking with Michelle a few weeks earlier about getting an apartment, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They completed my paperwork, and Camila had me moved in by the following Wednesday. The entire process was incredibly fast and efficient. Honestly, there are only a few apartment communities in town that really stand out, and this one had the right price and the right feel. The apartment was very clean, and when I noticed that the laundry door was missing a pin, maintenance came within just a few hours of me reporting it and fixed it right away. I could not be happier with my experience. Great job, ladies.

I just moved in and I must say, I had the best move in experience! The office staff made sure I understood how everything worked in the apartment and answered any questions I had! They made me feel right at home since the moment I first walked in the door! Highly recommend this place!!

I’ve toured several apartment communities in Dalton, and this one stands out as the best by far. The staff is welcoming, approachable, and always ready to help. The fitness center is another highlight. Unlike other communities that feel like a fishbowl with everyone outside watching, the frosted windows here give it a sense of privacy. It’s thoughtfully designed and makes working out feel comfortable instead of intimidating. I’ve also noticed how quiet and relaxing the community is. At my previous apartment, constant noise was a daily issue, but here it’s peaceful and truly feels like home. Parking is also much more convenient, which takes away a lot of stress. Overall, this community sets itself apart by being clean, well-managed, and resident-focused. It’s a place where you feel value

I want to leave a complete, honest and fair assessment. I do enjoy my apartment and the floorplan is great. Here are the issues I have had so far or the things I do not like. When I moved in, the apartment was still under construction. The noise was surprisingly not an issue. The fire alarms were a HUGE problem for at least 6-7 mos. The alarms went off randomly at all hours of the day and night at least twice a month initially. As a disabled combat veteran, this sent me reeling into panic attacks. My car was also damaged due to negligence from the construction company and the landscaping people got debris all over my vehicle when they were adding dirt, mulch, plants. The apartment did do a good job of addressing the damage to my vehicle and I was satisfied with the outcome. I was direct at
