I’ve had a great experience at BLOOM at Dalton so far. The property is well-maintained, clean, and peaceful. The management team has been professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process, which made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how welcoming the environment is and how well the grounds are kept. It’s in a convenient location and feels like a comfortable place to call home. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for quality living in Dalton.

My dad lived here And they always make sure everything was taken care of. They are wonderful people good customer service and we pray that God takes good care of my family. Will never forget him.

Terrible Living Experience at The New Georgians I've lived in various apartments worldwide, but The New Georgians was by far the worst. Our unit, 1306 Apt 6, was overrun with cockroaches. Despite repeated requests, management's response was minimal, offering temporary solutions rather than addressing the root of the problem. We resorted to hiring outside pest control. When I shared the contact information with a neighbor, the regional manager aggressively berated me for doing so. Even with professional treatment, the cockroaches returned as the weather warmed. In one weekend, I killed 58 cockroaches in and around our stove. Despite providing evidence of the infestation to the management company, they claimed no issues. These apartments have come such a long way! With all the new updates and more to come. The manager Cristina is the absolute best. She is very professional and will help you in any way she can! I told myself I hated apartment living but I love living here.
