Stewart Title made the process of closing on selling my home very simple. I was able to provide all of my information and documentation electronically right up to closing. When I had questions, they very quickly answered them, both via phone and email. Money for the sale was wired within an hour of leaving the office. The staff in the office were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they had all documentation and paperwork in order. I don't know how it could have gone any smoother and would highly recommend their services.

We have worked with several Stewart Title offices over the years and this office is, by far, the most unprofessional and disorganized office we have ever encountered. In fact, it was the worst experience with a title company that I have ever had. It is clear that the leadership at this branch needs basic leadership and customer service training. Several emails throughout the transaction were never responded to and on average it would take more than 2-days to get a response. The latest issue was that the final closing paperwork was not mailed until two days after the closing despite us being told that it was mailed the day after closing. After a full week of waiting for our closing paperwork and checks, I called the office and asked to speak with the branch manager. I was told she was not

I had a great experience at Stuart Title! I sold my starter home so I wasn’t the most experienced seller. However, after I told Lisa that I was interested in the real estate investment business she gave me tips on paperwork to keep with me when I start buying, and she even called and emailed the builder of my home to receive additional paperwork(at the end of the day) and she seemed happy to do it! I would recommend Stuart Title for anyone who wants friendly honest service.

I normally do not write reviews however, since this was the first thing I looked at after my offer was accepted, I realize how important it is to give honest feedback for others. I cannot say enough great things about my escrow officer Kristina Faucett. From day one she showed me nothing but kindness, when I called Stewart Company with so many questions, she took her time and answered everyone of them, when I felt lost and confused through the process, she provided me with guidance and clarity in such a kind way. She answered every phone call and replied to every email FAST! Kristina knows her job and I cannot thank her enough for helping to make my home buying experience smooth!

One of the smoothest closings I have had in a long time. Erin and her team were on top of everything to make it a happy closing for everyone involved. I highly recommend Stewart Title. Michael did a great job at the closing table as well. The new staff at this location is top notch.
