Stewart Title Company - Olympia

Had very good experience working with Stewart Title in Olympia. The whole office was extremely nice and always helpful to get answers to our questions. We did a for sale by owner with owner financing so extra questions and concerns. Melissa Hanna was a pleasure to work with, had our escrow ready in shorter time then expected.

Stewart Title was not the first title company I have worked with. I recently sold a house and used Stewart Title. I found them to be very communicative and worked with me on getting signing of documents complete. Thank you Jen and the rest of the office for a closing well done!

The communication and follow through was awful. We received one phone call confirming we would be available to do our signing on a specific day that they suggested. We then were told they would call that morning to schedule the signing. We made arrangements with work to be available and by noon had heard nothing. I then called to see if we were in fact going to sign like they had asked us or if we needed to make other arrangements. They then scheduled us that afternoon. Then we arrived and went through all of the paperwork. We were provided documents to sign that had incorrect numbers stating a pay almost 10 thousand dollars more than we ended up getting. When we came to pick up the check, there was no agent who came to meet us and detail why the check we got was almost 10 thousand dollar
