HARRASSMENTS AND INTENTIONAL DAMAGES TO MY PROPERTY CONTINUE. BBB REPORT FILED FOR STERLING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT INTENTIONALLY LEAVING HUGE TREE BRANCHES ENCROACHING ON TOP OF AND INTO MY CANOPIES AS BEFORE AND AFTER PICS ATTATCHED PROVE. A SMALL CLAIMS FILING WILL FOLLOW. THE TENANTS ILLEGAL ABUSE ALSO CONTINUE TO BE ALLOWED. THERE IS OBVIOUSLY A REASON STERLING PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PROPERTY ONLY HAS 1.9 STAR REVIEWS!! This company is allowing their tenant to harrass disabled neighbor since the day the neighbor moved in by putting a canopy on top of her canopy puncturing holes her canopy, kids spraying her service animal and her with some type liquid in a water gun, throwing rocks, toys, and trash over their fence into her patio hitting her service animal and destroying her property. Trash these guys will lie to you and mislead you. Ima current resident with them right now let me tell you. Run away fast!!!. I recommended my Co worker to rent to them and they totally made me look bad. This guy gave his previous apartment a 30day notice he gets his things together then they turn around and rent out the place now he’s stuck !!!! Looking !!! And it’s going to cost him more money. This just so happen to be my boss. I recommend him here and they spit in his face!!!!

Smug, arrogant, and dismissive. If you rent anything from Sterling be prepared to live in a rickety rat hole. If you want them to manage your property then be prepared to have it decay and fall apart.

Management sucks, they don’t seem to care about actually listening to their tenants complaints.

I have lived here (141 N Idaho St. La Habra) for almost a year, and the management does NOTHING. The resident managers allow people to use ALL THREE washers and dryers as if there isn't anyone else here. The resident manager lets her dog roam free on the property and poop everywhere, so others do, too. There is no air conditioning in these units (despite it costing $1550 a month for two bedrooms/one bath/no air conditioning). The pool is not regularly maintained, and often has no chlorine. The supervising property managers aren't any better. When you call to complain, they just say, "if you are so unhappy, why don't you just move out"? Believe me, the minute I can afford to, I WILL.
