Azari Property Management - Orange County

I am the president of our HOA here is Costa Mesa, and we engaged Azari earlier this year to manage our needs as a small HOA. We have been extremely pleased on all levels with their service, professionalism and accessibility. They were faced with a challenge in that the transition from our previous management company required that they fill in many gaps and they have risen to the occasion. On behalf of our entire board I thank the Azari team for providing us with such excellent service and for always doing so with a positive attitude and a high level of integrity.

Azari PM is our HOA's 5th PM firm in the past 20 years and I think we finally found a good one. They inherited a mess from prior PM's and have been helpful in getting everything straightened out. They've been our PM for almost a year now and we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Good communications with fast response and fairly high-tech with their systems.

Elizabeth is incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with, as is Azari, I have no doubt in my mind that this company will grow to be one of the most successful in Orange County!

Manzar and her team are the best property management company I have ever worked with. I started with them on one property and I was so happy I have switched all my properties to them. They are the best.
