I've lived here since 2017. Past 4 years I've had to remove my entire kitchen so they could spray for roaches. These treatments go on for months at a time. Over the past 4 years, it is not an exaggeration to say that I have been w/o my kitchen for at least 1 of those years. Not only do I need to empty out my entire kitchen, I'm also on the hook for extra bins to store my items, and cleaning supplies to clean up afterwards. Management has done nothing to rectify the situation, other than to offer me another unit w/in the complex. This would cost me not only my time, but thousands of dollars to pack and move everything. I have been fully compliant to what they need when we spray. However, because the rest of the units aren't we are stuck in this limbo. I have had neighbors move out b/c th

Good Morning, so just minutes ago. I’m walking past the apartments, I don’t know if these people were the owners I told them good morning. And two of them individuals thought that I didn’t. spoke or understand or speak English, and said nasty things to me. And I just killed him with kindness. I’m a good morning, and they seem very embarrassed. I just wanted to point out here that you should never assume if someone doesn’t speaks or understand English, because you don’t if they do it didn’t affect me what they said to me because I’m so used to things like this racism. I felt very discriminated because I live in the apartment complex.

Really nice place to live. Quiet and low key. Management does a good job here. Clean and well kept. Nice amenities.

Dog crap EVERYWHERE!! The people here are all nice I am giving a low rating because this apartment complex is just a very dirty place. The laundry room has to be the worst. The washers are never cleaned! Unless you like sharing/swapping pet hair and personal hair with all around you, then I would 100% not recommend this place for laundry. Hair, small clothing, even food all get trapped in the washers and they are stained from rust and dirt build up under the rubber flap. Around the apartments there are spider webs everywhere on the light poles the trees and bushes. During the rainy months you will get a huge ant problem. Does not matter if your house is so clean it smells like bleach they will get in. And last but not least ROACHES! Probably because of all the dog crap.

I currently live here. The neighborhood is beautiful and neighbors are quiet but there is a lot of noise from gardeners and maintenance. They start very early so don't bother trying to sleep in. There was a water leak in my building and they did not give notice of the correct day they would be coming into my apartment so as i was working from home, maintenance just let themselves in. I was caught off guard. Other than all that, its a nice, safe place to live. Office staff is super friendly.
