Joe was excellent to work with. Great follow through and returned my calls in a timely manner. I was turned down by other companies but Joe found a way. On top of that I got a loan with 3.50 interest rate. Costs were reasonable and he worked very well with my agent and the escrow company. Joe has an assistant (Margaret) who is really on her game and on top of all the details and deadlines. She will literally keep you on schedule. We closed escrow in less than 30 days. Kudos to her. Joe is very professional and explained each step. His company sends you e mail's with a status update for each stage of the loan process. Overall I highly recommend him and his team.

New American Funding company, Joseph Coy and his Assistant Margaret Romero are amazing. They always answer my calls or would text me back in a timely manner. When I didn't understand a process they would explain everything in detail. Margaret was super friendly and helpful when gathering my paperwork. They kept me updated each time my loan would go to the next level as it was being processed. They made all the appointments for me with the inspector, and when we needed to close escrow.
