Sterling Heights

I’ve lived here for 1.5 yrs now and my children and I love it here. We feel safe and it’s peaceful. The staff are friendly and are always having activities and/or engagement opportunities for residents to not only interact with staff but with each other. I haven’t had many maintenance requests but those I’ve needed have been tended to promptly.

Just moved in a few months ago. Very friendly staff that made the move easy and hassle free. Great location, close to my gym, restaurants a grocery stores. Rent is much less than Denver and it's much more peaceful here. Maintenance crew is friendly and fast .. very happy with my move here...j...

My girlfriend and I have been living here for just over a year and its been wonderful. The employees in the front of house are always so helpful and nice. The maintenance team is fantastic! They show up so fast to tickets, they are always so kind and knowledgeable. The place is always clean and pretty to look at. And the community events they host are so cool

My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now, and it's the perfect spot to call home! We love the location, the friendly staff who always help us out, and the amazing and responsive maintenance crew! We have never had an issue with noise or neighbors, and the grounds have been kept very well. I love the community events being organized, too! Safe to say we love it here!

I have been here since mid July and it has been the most comfortable, clean, and quiet property I have lived at and I have had plenty of places of residence. Sterling Heights by far is a place I have called home and can live comfortably. All of the trees, bushes, and landscaping makes walks in the day and night very enjoyable. Haven’t had any issues with residents, maintenance or landlords. Pool was always clean during pool season. Gym is clean and very well key together. They also have seasonal activities, get together a, and chances to win amazing prizes!!! I love my apartment and it is VERY AFFORDABLE!!!
