We have dealt with hundreds of title companies over a 12 year career and this is easily the worst one. Terrible communication. Can’t balance a settlement statement properly. Try to merge documents together after their mistake and then say it was an “inadvertent error”. We sent them wire instructions for compensation, which they received, but sent a check instead. 2 Days later the check bounced. Wild stuff. I’ll update this when I get paid.

Stellar is great at getting transactions done quickly and efficiently. They have excellent communication throughout the process of each property and Ashley always make sure I'm kept up to date on everything happening during the process.
