Stellar MLS

The worst MLS I ever used. Stellarmls ONLY CARES about fines on realtors. I have been a member of other MLS over 15 years, and never got fine. Stellar fined me $525.00 for so called "listing manipulation", because I cancelled a listing after 30 days on the 33rd day and listed it as a new listing on the same day. This is NOT a listing manipulation at all with other MLS, and Stellarmls never trained new members or with refresh course that cancelling a listing over 30 days then relisting it will be "listing manipulation". When I received a notice that was already a delinquent fine notice, when I searched their records history then found out they sent a previous notice that I never received, that stated after 3 days not correcting it would result in $500 fine. I feel very disappointed that these companies charge such high fees to new agents who are just starting their careers as Realtors. In my case, I was charged a $75 fee for not completing the continuing education on time, even though I reached out and requested a callback. I only received the reminder message two days before the deadline. I believe there should be more understanding and flexibility toward new members, as many of us are balancing another job while investing time and money to grow in this industry. A more supportive approach would truly make a difference.

Pricing and Fees are high and unreasonable. I understand suspending an account if a required compliance course is not taken. But why then charge $75 to let you back in? Because you can when you're a monopoly and the customer has no where else to go.

Anyone else having problems with feeds I posted 4024 Overture Circle unit 486 almost 10m hours ago and still not feeding to Zillow.com, Realtor.com or Homes.com. UGH!
