Steeplechase at Shiloh Crossing

I really did not want to do this , but it’s just not fair.I signed contract on August 2024 , the lease person did not want to show the apartment and I trusted her ,sign the lease. For my surprise, our first day of moving , the apartment was super dirty and dusty and in bad condition . I reported immediately to the office, and the lease lady came over and said that her manager was supposed walked the unit before and did not, and that everything was supposed too be fixed but she didn’t know why it didn’t happen.She as well took pictures to show her manager and did until now she has not resolved any of the issues. Alright, first of all, the thing is that l've been living in this apartment for about five months now. Since I moved in, there have been a lot of issues. Firstly, there's a big problem with bugs -lots of roaches. Even though it's been five months, they haven't done any proper treatment. They just say they'll come and spray, but it doesn't help. Their equipment has been broken for over a month, which makes things worse. My wife even got sick because of the bugs, and sometimes we find insects in our food, which led to her getting an infection. We've complained multiple times, but they haven't taken any action. I'll write all of this. It’s been bad they don’t care bout you living there

Do not move here. They up the rent every year, the matinance is slow on work orders, they don't care for the grounds, the trash area is always full of trash and the office staff is rude and they don't care about their tenants. In what world is it okay to leave a tenant for two solid weeks without a washer who has children!!!! For a place that charges almost 2000 dollars a month i should not be having any of these issues!

No Smoking policies unenforced! Negligent and abusive staff! If smoking policies would be enforced... Could be a Ver nice place to stay!

I want to give a big THANK YOU to Mario for the recent repair to my water heater. He arrived very quickly after I placed the request, diagnosed the issue and fixed the issue within a few minutes. Anytime I have had a maintenance request, Mario and Isaiah have provided fast, courteous and professional service. That's one of the reasons I have made Steeplechase my home for years.
