I can’t say enough great things about Karen. She went above and beyond to help my husband and I sell our home! From the photographer all the way to closing..she was very knowledgeable and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. Never too busy for us, available by text or call & response time was quick! We met with many realtors before we chose her and every realtor was missing something she had. She was personable, friendly, & genuinely cares about her clients. We moved out of state before our home sold and she took care of everything for us. Our house sold in less than 12 days!! Karen is very knowledgeable when it comes to getting the best price selling our house. Even after the property is sold and moved out of state, she would still answer questions and try to recover any missed items after the moving was done (attic above the garage for example). She value her clients and assist them in every way she can. :)

Karen was truly never too busy to help, anytime we had a question she would answer and anytime we didn’t understand she would explain. We put in a total of 14 offers before we finally got accepted and Karen never stopped working hard for us.
