I have been a home owner for the last 7 years. I made the decision to sell my home and move further into Avon. Since the housing market sucks right now I decided to move into an apartment until I decide what I want to do. I was nervous about going from a house back to an apartment community. But my experience at Avon Creek so far has been nothing but amazing. I don't regret it at all. I decided I wanted to pay for the upgraded flooring and it is absolutely worth it you should as well! My immediate neighbors and the surrounding buildings are super quiet. They pick our trash up from our front door 5 nights a week. The office staff is always happy to see me. They even text me when my packages are dropped off. Maintenance is very responsive and nice they also showed me how to use my gas firepl
