Masters of deflection! I asked a specific question about a property. It was ignored in the first response but was offered a showing at a scheduled time. I replied "that would depend on the answer to my original question". Next response asked what my question was...proving they don't read their emails. Pictures and descriptions of the cheap remodel/ flip were included with still no attempt to answer my original structural question. I responded and explained my familiarity with the property, the internal fire, vacancy and rodent infestation...the agent went away like snowflakes.
