Hometown feel. Management is very welcoming and kind. The clubhouse has a great Gym facility, Pool, and everyday lounge. Upon first visiting this property liked the feeling I had. After 1/2 my lease I would recommend This property/ area to anyone moving to the area. All welcome, yet a common theme of respect and kindness is felt through the property. Proximity to Hospital, Shopping, Recreation and all night dining:) Car wash amenities, Dog park, and Dog runs make this a great neighborhood to consider.

DISCLAIMER: The maintenance crew is great, and Tammy is amazing. It’s a nice neighborhood and the residents for the most part are very kind. However, they have a very predatory lease agreement should you need to move before your term ends. You’ll have to pay a lease break fee that’s more than 2 months worth of rent, and you’ll be “on the hook” (Property managers words) for 60 more days of rent payments regardless if you’re living there or not. So in total, you’ll pay 4 months worth of rent if you need to leave early. There’s zero flexibility on this and communication around this policy is atrocious. Additionally, they have a tow company cruise through the parking lot on weekends towing visitors charging $350 to get your car back. Proceed with caution.

You guys have a great rep at your location. Shout out to Jennifer for holding me down. She was very informative and professional and friendly and helpful and everything. Living at Cottonwood Creek Apartments has been an absolute pleasure! The community is well maintained, peaceful, and welcoming. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ needs. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally, which gives me peace of mind. The location is perfect, close to shopping, dining, and parks, yet still quiet enough to feel like a retreat from the busyness of everyday life. The amenities are clean and convenient, and the grounds are beautifully kept year round. I’m so glad I chose Cottonwood Creek as my home!

I’ve lived here since 2021, and I love it here! The whole staff is friendly and very helpful. Basically anything I’ve needed or asked for, I’ve gotten help with. Sometimes I’ll pop in and say hi and bring Sonic drinks because I like the staff so much and appreciate their hard work. I like to go in and work “from home” in the leasing office “living room” area sometimes because it’s a nice space to work in, and they have a back office type room that can be used that has a door, so you can also work there if you need a quiet space to take calls or do Zoom/Teams meetings. There’s also snacks, coffee, etc.. The gym is clean, quiet, and also offers things you can make a protein shake with. Those things are nice to have available.
