Station 75 Apartments at McDonough

Been living at this apartment for almost two months now and so far the experience is a good one. The property is well kept and clean. My leasing agent was Lataiya and she went above and beyond to ensure that my request prior to moving in were met. She's very professional, always prompt in responding to my emails and was never too busy to answer my questions or concerns. My family and I love our new community and would definitely recommend it.

as soon as me and my friend came in to find a an apartment, we were welcomed with lataya and she gave us a warm smile and helped us with getting us through and looking at a couple of apartments!! later we came through and spoke with katie who then gave us a rundown on numbers and made it very simple for us to look over and think about, we looked at one of the griffin apartments and we fell in love, totally pulling us in with a good offer and made up apply immediately wanting to get out into the world for our first time. It was and easy process and we were amazed of how soon they let us know with everything within the last 24 hours. My husband and I absolutely loved living here. Very friendly community, very clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. We were here for three years and it was such a beautiful place to live plus raise a family! From dog parks to kid friendly large green spaces to the delicious food trucks, it’s been a joy living here. We will miss this place.

Amazing maintenance crew!! Their response time is great, knowledge, and care about what they do. It's awesome to live in a community that takes care of the property and desires to make it a comfortable place to live.

I lived at Station 75 for 18 months and genuinely loved living here. When I moved in, Tamera was my leasing agent, but I do believe that she is not working at this property anymore. She was great, very knowledgeable and helpful, recognized and greeted everyone daily. The units are very updated, competitively priced, and in a fantastic location. It was my first time living all alone and as a single woman I never once felt unsafe living in this community. All of my neighbors were wonderful and friendly. The only issue I came across living here was with the pet waste. Residents would often not pick up after their dogs and even though management would send email reminders every month threatening fines, it didn’t seem to make a difference. Not the end of the world, but definitely an ongoing pro
