One Year In and Still Blown Away!!! We’ve officially been in our new home for a full year today, Feb 13, and we felt it was important to wait this long to write a review. The true test of a builder is how the home holds up through four seasons and daily life—and “Life Built Homes” has consistently exceeded our expectations. We had our home built by Life Built Homes over a year ago. This was our third newly constructed home, and each builder provided phenomenal work. However, Life Built Homes went above and beyond. I want to highlight key points that distinguish them from most home builders. 1. We noticed the Life Built Homes office while house hunting. As a walk-in, the builder took the time to use multimedia to show us detailed renderings of model homes. The builder also had another team member available to answer any questions we had. Ty was very professional. The project was a challenge due to Covid. They continued to work at the best pace they could. The whole basement was renovated with one bedroom living area. Mechanical room. They added a full bath and a complete kitchen. Also added a screen porch out into the yard along with a driveway. After everything was said and done we could not be happier with what they accomplished. We would use them again for sure if something else comes up like our Master bath. LOL. We did a complete remodel of our home- bathrooms, kitchen, electrical, plumbing, flooring, etc. from start to finish, Ty helped us make decisions, choose designs, communicated about progress, and managed the project efficiently and effectively. The subcontractors were excellent and the quality of work is amazing. The best part was the responsiveness and customer service- truly above and beyond. 10/10 recommend!
