Robert was very knowledgeable about the area my wife and I were looking to buy. He was very responsive to our calls, emails, and questions. Robert was very easy to work with and he always had such a great attitude. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from making an offer to closing on our hone. Patrick Pryor recently managed my property. He was nice at first, but he is not good at his job at all. He charged me $100 a month to do nothing and was late giving me the tenant's rent money monthly. He called a plumber one time without my permission to fix something and charged me for it. He was bad mouthing me to my tenant, saying fees on the lease (which he kept) were my idea (a blatant lie) and also got into an argument with my wife over something that was his fault. He's very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone using him.
