The property manager Hugo was wonderful. However the management team, especially Adella is absolutely horrid. I asked multiple times if I could pay my application fee in person and she constantly told me to pay online. It never went through and again I asked to pay in person with Hugo and he said sure, I'll meet you. I then got a call from Adella to tell me that the apartment is no longer available because I didn't pay my application fee. Do not rent from this complex. They are not good business people.

Shady manager. Shady staff. Shady place. Jennifer was unprofessional despite living on-site she was incapable of meeting at the original time and was about an hour late despite living on site... They rushed the walk through trying to make the paper signing as fast as possible. Read the "rules" they are ridiculous. First noticed a leaky shower faucet and was told they would put in a work order. Upon entering it smelled dinghy like mix of wet wood and fabuloso. I began looking and found mold in the bathroom. I mentioned it to them but they tried to say it was just dirt. Saying if it was mold the wall would be squishy. As a former property manager I know this was false. Once I said that walls only get like that if the mold is left untreated for long periods of time. They started panicking k

This is a beautiful, tranquil and peaceful community. Staff is prompt and respectful. It is like everything pay attention to their guidelines, ask questions, follow the rules and your experience will be fine. My time at the community was great. The 1 bedrooms are spacious, the private patios are the best! If you like gardening this is the place for you.

My brother and I rented a 2BR/1BA here for 2 years. Pet Policy -We had a cat. There’s a $500 non-refundable pet deposit, plus $55/month pet rent. They also automatically deduct a $300 pet cleaning from your security deposit, and that’s on top of the other $300 cleaning fee they’ll deduct. I was charged for “pet damages” to the window screen (small holes that were there when I moved in) even though our cat has been declawed since before we adopted her. Outdoor Space -The courtyard is beautiful and maintained well. -The patio is great for pets to roam. You can set up a garden or small seating area. The only downside is that passerby will regularly throw trash over the gate and into the patio. -The door between the parking lot and the courtyard used to have a working lock, but it stopped wo
