Bell Valencia

Beautiful quiet apartment complex! My family and I lived there for about two and a half years and Bell Valencia was easily the best apartment we have ever lived in. I always felt very safe living there. The leasing office/management, Tamer and Claudia, were always so extremely kind and accommodating. Domingo, the maintenance worker, was absolutely incredible and very hard-working. He made sure whatever we needed was fixed right away. There was also another newer maintenance worker (I never caught his name), but he was also so sweet and incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Highly recommend Bell Valencia, I can't imagine any other apartment complex in Santa Clarita being nearly as wonderful as this one.

Maintenance here at Bell Valencia is amazing! Domingo since moving in almost a year ago, has always been very professional and diligent in meeting resident needs. Always looking for ways to enhance the experience residents have here. I continuously notice Tamer the manager, maintenance and other staff doing their due diligence to keep the facility clean and in top shape. The team always welcomes many with a warm smile and genuine spirit. Overall, the environment here at Bell Valencia is one my husband and I are extremely grateful for.

I’d like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service from the maintenance team, especially Caesar. Recently, our kitchen sink was clogged, and although the plumber didn’t show up at the scheduled time, Caesar noticed early the next morning that the issue was still unresolved. Instead of waiting for us to report it again, he took the initiative to follow up, contacted the plumber directly, clarified the situation, and even sent a video to help them prepare before arriving. Throughout the process, Caesar was exceptionally patient, professional, and genuinely kind — qualities that reflect very well on Bell Valencia’s management. The maintenance staff at Bell Valencia are all very friendly!! They typically get the work done in a very timely manner and properly the first time. I’ve only had one instance where the repair was not timely, (hence 4 stars) and it took a very long time to get it finished, but that is partially my doing, so they are not entirely at fault for that. Domingo was the one who completed said repair and was very professional and helpful in the process, he kept me updated with what he was doing without being overly communicative.

My husband and I moved in earlier this week, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our experience so far. The Bell Valencia team has truly made us feel at home. We’ve moved quite a bit over the years, but this is the first place where we’ve both said we’d love to stay long-term. It genuinely feels like resort living. Claudia and Tamer from the management team have been incredibly kind and professional. They were more than accommodating, even allowing us to access the unit before our move-in to take measurements. The maintenance team has also been impressive—quick to respond and attentive.
