Newhall Crossings

I have lived in several states and have experienced different apartment managements. I can say Colby is the best apartment manager I have ever interacted. She has elevated the brand and enhanced the experience of apartment living with her customer service and attention to details. For example, she took care of issue within 10 minutes although it was outside of her working hours. Hope she stays as long as I live here.

I sold my home for the sole purpose of moving to this unique property located in the heart Newhall's budding arts, restaurant and entertainment district. It's all that I expected and more. In addition to the amenities, Colby, the property manager, is a joy to work with. She is responsive and accessible regarding any issues, questions or concerns and goes the extra mile cheerfully and professionally to make the life of residents as happy as possible. It's a comfort just knowing she is there!

Colby is awesome! Totally agree. Prices are sky high here most expensive in SCV unless I am wrong, like West LA/Santa Monica or DTLA High. So while the apartments are very nice, I think it will be challenging to get people to rent a 2 bedroom for 3K plus unless they have a solid roommate to pay $1,500.00. very nice and new , upscale apartment complex located next to the lamaelle theater...there. is plenty of parking with a 7 or 8 story parking structure and conveniently located in the center of newhall across the street from the library and only a few blocks away from the train station so I am giving a solid 5 star rating..

Great location and excellent customer service! Colby is an amazing property manager. She always go the extra mile.
