Starcrest Apartments

This what you deal with living here most definitely at the back of the apartment. All the office does is have someone come spray that does not get rid of mice. I asked them to come close off the opening where the mice come in at they never ever came. I don’t understand why they can’t hire someone to come close off opening indoors In outdoors the apartment.

i lived out there for a few months & i stayed to myself. the apt manager was trying to find a reason to evict me due to me having a family news years party. one night(a while later) they had a shoot out, which i watched from my window. a few minutes later the police & her was knocking on my door saying i had to leave because someone ran out of my apartment with a gun. which was 100% a lie, no one came in or out of my apartment during the issues outside. when i tried to show them proof they didn’t want to see it. then they charged me a fee for a broken window after i moved out which i did not break & it is still on my credit now.

The Mice’s are really really bad people have reported it but they don’t do anything to make sure to get rid of it they have someone can spray that don’t help any. They don’t wanna pay to truly fix the problem.

I lived out there for 4 years and I stayed to myself pretty much but it was a fight every day or weekend and then when I moved out they was trying to charge me saying I left the place damaged that a lie and tried to go back to get the rest of my stuff and the lock was changed it was the next morning after I moved the big stuff and when I went to the office it was closed on a Friday morning, they come in when they want to but trying to charge me is crazy and it was small things I need to get out but I know they kept all that

I been living in star crest apartment about 8 years they been putting letter on my door that i own them 199 dollars not true the first letter i got say it was maintenance work they did not do no work the second letter say i own for rent not true i pay on time they put a 4 letter on my door on my door on the 8 9 22 tell me i need to pay they going charged me a 1.00 each day i don't pay they talk about eviction me i need owner information to get in contact the people in the office is running a scam trying to get money need help please
