We are thankful to Stanley Martin for making our first home buying experience a great one! My husband and I started our journey in February and we are now in our new home. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! Throughout the process were notable people from Stanley Martin (Phyllis, Tamara, Natalie and Carter) that helped shape our experience, however, Jennifer Lovelace and John Bradley are standouts. I have loved every moment of my experience with Stanley Martin, and with this team here in the Northern VA area. There are so many things that were out of their control (supply chain issues, etc.), but everything that WAS In their control, they went above and beyond to make it perfect. You always hear about new home builds never being on time - Stanley Martin was a week or two EARLY on my home build, and this is IN SPITE of all the lumber and supply chain issues. Whenever I have a question, no matter how ridiculous, Jennifer Lovelace has always been there for me to answer me instantly, or to help provide me with whatever I need. Purchasing this home has been a disaster. The quality and workmanship that used to be Stanley Martin is no longer. The lack of quality control has led to one problem after another. The only good thing about this place is Jennifer in the model home/Sales office.
