Stanley Martin Homes at Hitchcock Crossing - SOLD OUT

My daughter bought a home from them, poor quality, had 4 notebook pages of issues. Site supervisor was clueless, I asked to talk to his boss. He acted like this disaster was normal. I started pointing out the poor workmanship, questionable practices and asked him if the quality of work would be acceptable for his house. He said he was used to dealing with a "mad dad". I showed him my credentials as a federal building inspector. All of a sudden he got concerned. Buyer beware!!! And make sure you get a good inspector before you sign! I wish I could give zero stars!

I'm very pleased working with the realtor at the Hitchcock Crossing development. She's very friendly and efficient. She has been very helpful with and instructions and questions relating to the process of purchasing the new home.

Wonderful builder . This company also builds $600k homes with the " SAME CRAFTMANSHIP " at ANY price point they build !!! Very Impressive builder .
