Stanley Martin at The Estates at Bradley Square

We are thrilled to be moving to Bradley Square in Manassas! It's a brand new community, by a top builder - and in a great location. We also particularly love that they offer a One-Level floorplan. Kimberlee Bowles, the Community Sales Manager, is a real pro - she helped us get the lot we wanted, and made the purchase process easy. We can't wait to move in!

Overall great experience working with the new sales rep Kimberlee Bowles, Tamara from the design studio, and Mark the construction manager. We are looking forward to move in next week. We really liked the location of the community and the functionalities of the Lawrence model we picked. My recommendation to future buyers is share all your needs and concerns with Kim because she is very experienced and will help you find what works best for you.

One of the worst builder, I have ever seen. I bought a brand new home at Bradley square community on 2021 and it is leaking from ceiling starting from July 22, 2024! Don’t know whom to contact with. That’s insane how they build this home with poor workmanships and cheap materials!!

Appears to be good quality homes in a secluded area of Manassas. Salesperson was fine (albeit slightly pushy initially). However due to the market the home prices have substantially increased compared to other builders in the area and believe they are slightly overpriced.

We’ve been working with Courtney for over a month and she’s amazing, always so cheerful and nice and always has time to listen even when we walk in without an appointment (which we did a lot of). She’s very on top of things and always gets back to you when something is needed. The homesites are wonderful very modern and we’ve had an amazing experience with her!!
