This is the most beautiful house we have ever lived in, and we’ve received so many compliments from our family and friends about how wonderful our home is. Amazing service from start to finish. Brent and Tammy were incredibly thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire process of looking for our new home. They responded very quickly to emails and ensured we had all our questions answered after every meeting. Once we moved into the community, Sergio (neighborhood construction manager) was instrumental in making sure we were provided with excellent service. He responds quickly to text messages and tends to our every needs, no matter how big or small they may be. He is a phenomenal communicator and very interpersonal. Jennifer, Tammy, Bret, and Sergio are all very responsive to questions during and after the purchase process. Although the community is still being built, it’s already obvious that the community will be beautiful. The purchase process was smooth and I haven’t had any issues after purchase that weren’t addressed promptly.
