Drees Homes Office and Design Center

Outstanding work Suzanne. She helped my wife and I with making the perfect choices for our new home. I really appreciate all the hard work she put in with us. She was extremely responsive and always got back to us anytime we had question or wanted to change anything. Trinity Wiring is doing a great job I looked at there work on the other homes in my neighborhood and asked neighbors their experience with them and they were and are very happy, and the work that I saw was clean and nice. This design center is top notch. It is a little bit of a hike for anyone build with Drees in Fredericksburg but I really don't mind it. Again Thanks Suzanne for everything.

Made buying our first home comfortable and easy. Highly recommend! *** Edit -Two and a half years in: Noticed electrical issues we had to get fixed from unused lighting fixtures. Recommend testing all light fixtures (with caps) within the first couple months, even if you don't yet plan to use them. Paying for the correction of electric years later is a pain. Still dealing with nail pops and cracking of drywall, but overall pleased with the home.

I am so excited to be in my forever dream home from Drees!! I never thought it would be possible for me to own a home, let alone one that I watched being built and having the choices that I had to customize the inside according to my price point. Thank you Drees Homes for the wonderful Design Center staff and even having that as an option!
