My go to inspector is no longer doing inspections and I didn't have a back-up. My client set up an inspection Sunday night for Friday but needed to change it to an earlier date so that we could have time to review the inspection report. We reached out Monday morning and had an appointment for later Monday. Our inspector was Darryl. Darryl was very knowledgeable and informative and I look forward to him being my new preferred inspector.

Appreciate the thoroughness of Ian Jones. He took his time inspecting and was very personable, yet professional. 4 stars because it took a little over 48 hours to get report back (we were in a time crunch abiding by the contract contingency). Also had to ask for a correction, but it was responded to, and very quickly by Ian. I would use this company again.

Excellent service! Was able to get an inspection set with a 24 hour notice, honored the original quote. Also was able to schedule pest inspection same day and same timeframe. Extremely convenient and would highly recommend! Paulo was very knowledgeable and explained thoroughly his findings.
