The services rendered by Ms Sance- Palma is superb. She has conducted herself professionally at all times and was extremely efficient and effective in matters related to our concerns/ issues. She's very easy to talk to and responds in a very quick manner whenever there was an issue. Terrible place to live crime is high there on the property and they don't care my husband was murdered there while they had security on site and they put me and my kids out and wouldn't help us they lied on me ... terrible place

The office sending vehicles to be picked up even if the car tag sticker has been renewal online and pending arrival. Had to pay out of pocket $287 cash because they don’t accept card to get the car out of the towing lot. They claimed everyone has 24 hours to resolve their situation before it’s towed by the shady towing company that over charges people for a car sitting less than 5hrs on their lot and incomplete notice.

I was helping friends of mine leave a bad living situation and was very grateful to run into Dilma at Stanford Oaks. Dilma, in the front office, went above and beyond to help my friends get situated into their new apartment. From the very beginning, she was responsive, kind, and genuinely invested in making the move-in process as smooth as possible. She answered all our questions, followed up quickly, and made sure everything my friends needed was taken care of. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive, and we’re incredibly grateful to Dilma for help.
